Coldwater Creek had the hottest web site availability in January

ColdwaterCreek.com at 99.58% posted the best high broadband rating among big web retailers in January, says Gomez Inc. ColdwaterCreek.com was followed by TigerDirect.com and Zappos.com at 99.50% and 99.39%, respectively.

Web shoppers could access a top 50 retail site with a high broadband connection an average of 98.55% of the time in January. That availability compares with an average of 95.76% for a low broadband connection and 80.96% for dial-up, Gomez says.

The retailer with the best dial-up success rate in January was Dell.com at 95.87% while HPShopping.com had the best low broadband availability in July at 97.61%.
