Amadesa hires a new vice president of sales

Software-as-a-service e-commerce personalization vendor Amadesa Inc. has hired Robert Werkema as vice president of sales.

Software-as-a-service e-commerce personalization vendor Amadesa Inc. has hired Robert Werkema as vice president of sales.

 

A 25-year sales, marketing and product management industry veteran, Werkema most recently worked for IBM’s WebSphere Commerce team. He also has worked at order management software company Comergent Technologies, which was acquired by Sterling Commerce, and at business software provider SAP.

 

“Bob Werkema brings to Amadesa both the management skills and industry experience needed to deliver our platform-based approach for web site optimization,” says Amadesa’s CEO and president, David Efergan. “As we prepare to launch new integrated applications, we will continue to focus on increasing our clients’ revenues and introducing innovative optimization best practices. Bob’s insights and leadership will help us advance our strategic initiatives for years to come.”
