Omniture supports checking search marketing traffic through an iPhone

Omniture has introduced a version of its SiteCatalyst web analytics management tool that lets online retailers monitor through the Apple iPhone clickstream traffic data tied to search marketing campaigns.

Omniture Inc.has introduced a version of its SiteCatalyst web analytics management tool that lets online retailers monitor through the Apple iPhone clickstream traffic data tied to search marketing campaigns.

The SiteCatalyst for iPhone application, which covers web analytics for mobile as well as traditional web sites, is free to existing SiteCatalyst users, can be downloaded from Apple’s iTunes App Store, located on the web at Apple.com/iphone/appstore.

“Just as Apple is innovating the mobile platform, Omniture is innovating how marketers identify and measure users across mobile platforms,” says Aseem Chandra, senior vice president of product marketing. “We are delivering to customers the familiar, graphical SiteCatalyst interface with rich reporting capabilities and easy access to multiple facets of their business. Marketers can now stay more connected to their online business-whether on the PC or on-the-go.”
