La Capsule Sportive, a Quebec-based retailer of sports merchandise, is building a new retail web site to support its plans to expand its product line and market reach, the retailer says.
La Capsule, which specializes in retailing merchandise related to the Montreal Canadiens professional hockey team, is planning to offer a broader range of products throughout its 30-store chain in Canada as well as through French and English versions of a new retail e-commerce site.
The new e-commerce site is being developed by Quebec-based Bell Web Solutions on an e-commerce platform from Art Technology Group Inc., Cambridge, MA.
LaCapsuleSportive.com will support upselling and cross-selling of merchandise, personalized product recommendations, product comparisons and new site search and guided navigation.
