Internet grocer Peapod is teaming with personalized marketing firm Concept Shopping Inc. to give shoppers instant additional savings on select purchases based on their purchase history.
The partnership will deliver pre-selected savings for all Peapod shoppers based on their needs and preferences, saving time and money on each shopping trip, Peapod says. Peapod shoppers will discover their extra savings as they prepare their orders. No coupons or extra effort will be required to earn these additional savings, which will be automatically applied when the order is completed.
Concept Shopping’s Automatic Marketing program selects, delivers and awards personalized savings to Peapod customers based on their previous purchases. Concept Shopping works with Peapod and its marketing partners to develop and execute the personal marketing program.
