iCrossing Appoints Dave Johnson Chief Operating Officer

Interactive Industry Veteran to Manage Worldwide Operations

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. – June 16, 2008 – iCrossing, a global digital marketing company, announced today the appointment of Dave Johnson to chief operating officer, responsible for iCrossing operations worldwide. Johnson previously served as executive vice president of North American operations, where he was instrumental in the successful integration of several recent iCrossing acquisitions within the company’s delivery organization.

Johnson will report to Don Scales, who was named CEO of iCrossing last month. Scales previously held the position of president and COO.

“Few people understand how the interactive business works as well as Dave. His passion and dedication have earned him the respect of our employees and clients alike,” said Scales. “As a result of our growth over the past year, our operations have become increasingly complex. Johnson has 14 years of experience in the interactive industry, partnering with such clients as HP, ABN AMRO, Motorola, Nestle Purina, Sears and Federated Investors. Before joining iCrossing, Johnson founded interactive agency Digital Vision Communications, which he later sold to Agency.com. At Agency.com, Johnson served as North American president before joining iCrossing in 2007.
