Interceptas Is More Comprehensive than Ever

Chicago, IL – June 9, 2008 -- AccertifyTM www.accertify.com, a provider of leading-edge fraud prevention solutions to online retailers, today announced that it has selected Merchant e-Solutions’ MeS Payment Gateway and payment processing technology solution for bundling with its InterceptasTM fraud prevention solution. Through this integration, Accertify provides online retailers with access to all the services they need to process Internet transactions and reduce their total cost of e-commerce fraud – available via a single connection.

Accertify also announced that RealScoop.com, which uses voice analysis technology to analyze public statements, will be the first customer for the integrated fraud and payments processing solution.

The announcement was made at the Internet Retailer Conference and Exhibition in Chicago, the world’s largest e-retailing show.

“Accertify has eliminated the need for merchants to manage two separate integrations – one for payment processing technology and another for fraud prevention technology,” said Jeff Liesendahl, CEO of Accertify. “Our partnership with Merchant e-Solutions means that Interceptas is the only product merchants need to ensure that their online payment systems are leading-edge in every regard.”

“Our all-in-one gateway, payments and fraud solution can be implemented quicker and easier because it involves one seamless integration and PCI certification process. And because Interceptas is more comprehensive than ever, merchants will also benefit from a service perspective, receiving even better analysis and control of their transaction and fraud data,” Liesendahl said.

“We chose Interceptas because we needed a seamless payments and fraud solution,” said Sean Blair, Chief Operating Officer of RealScoop.com. “We want to minimize our risks and we don’t want to inconvenience customers when they have a credit card in hand and they’re ready to make a transaction.”

Merchant e-Solutions (MeS) currently processes more than $14 billion dollars in payments for more than 60,000 merchants and specializes in services for e-commerce and card not present merchants. The comprehensive suite of payment solutions offered by MeS are PCI compliant and designed with features that eliminate the need for merchants to store cardholder data, thereby reducing a merchant’s risk exposure. MeS processes in over 150 global currencies, including all major credit, debit and alternative payment solutions.

Interceptas is the industry’s first end-to-end solution that addresses the entire business process of combating fraud from the perspective of the online merchant. Interceptas combines the latest fraud-fighting technology, automation, data integration and related services to protect merchants and help them reduce their total cost of fraud.
