VistaPrint Ltd., which sells customized marketing products to small businesses, has restructured itself into two major divisions-North America and international-with a new team of senior managers promoted from within the company.
"We believe both North America and Europe have enormous additional potential for VistaPrint, and this new organizational structure enables the company to expand with an enhanced market focus and cross-functional best practices," says VistaPrint`s president and CEO Robert Keane.
VistaPrint North America, based in Lexington, MA, will be headed by Wendy Cebula, recently promoted from corporate chief operating officer to president of the new division. VistaPrint Europe, based in Barcelona, Spain, will be headed by Janet Holian, recently promoted from corporate chief marketing officer to president of the European division. Cebula and Holian each joined VistaPrint in 2000.
Trynka Shineman was promoted from senior vice president of North American marketing to chief marketing officer of the North American division. She joined the company in 2005. Nick Ruotolo will serve as chief marketing officer of the European division. He joined the company in 2005 and previously served as a senior vice president of marketing in the marketing organization.
VistaPrint promoted Mike Giannetto from senior vice president of finance to executive vice president and chief financial officer. He succeeds Harpreet Grewal, who is resigning. Giannetto, who joined VistaPrint in 2003 as vice president of finance, has 23 years of experience with publicly traded companies including Data General, EMC and ePresence.
The company promoted Don Nelson from senior vice president of capabilities development to chief information officer, responsible for technology development, software quality assurance, software architecture and technology operations.
VistaPrint promoted Austin Cooke from vice president of recruiting to vice president of human resources of VistaPrint North America. Emma Barnes Brown, who most recently served as senior vice president of learning and development, was promoted to chief talent officer in charge of worldwide executive development activities.
VistaPrint, No. 57 in the Internet Retailer Top 500 Guide, employs more than 1,300 people and operates 19 localized web sites serving over 120 countries.
