Off-price merchandise e-retailer Overstock.com has updated its car shopping portal, adding a clearance lot and a graphing tool that groups used vehicles by mileage, price and more.

Overstock’s new Clearance Lot feature filters cars by location and price, helping consumers find inexpensive vehicles in their area. Shoppers also can sign up to receive weekly updates of new Clearance Lot specials.

The site’s new graphing tool shows a scatter plot graph of cars categorized by mileage and price. Additionally, visitors have the option to customize the graph to show results by more specific features such as color, engine size and navigation system.

Overstock says shoppers can access information on more than 3.5 million used and 200,000 new vehicles in its car portal.

Overstock.com Inc. ranks No. 25 in the Internet Retailer Top 500 Guide. Overstock’s director of social media, Judd Bagley, is speaking at the Internet Retailer Conference & Exhibition, June 9-12 in Chicago, in a session entitled Let the Customer be the Guides: Wikipedia Meets Overstock.
