METAFOS ANNOUNCES JOINT AGREEMENT WITH LINC PREFERRED GROUP

BELLEVUE, WA November 6, 2007. Metafos announced today a joint agreement with LINC Preferred Group (LPG), Cookeville, TN. LPG will offer the Metafos online payment system to its members which include the National Safety Council (52,000 members and more than 8 million employees) and its supplier/provider group which includes Wal-Mart, Dell, Barnes & Noble, Enterprise Rent-a-Car, Macy`s, HP, Office Depot, Wyndham Hotel Group, Yellow Freight, UPS Freight and others. Metafos will work with LINC to market its discount online purchasing program for businesses and their employees to credit unions and other cooperative businesses.

Russell J. Bunio, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of LPG said of the agreement, "We at LPG are excited about the opportunity to bring a new process to the marketplace. The Metafos payment system will bring real value to all participants - lower cost, improved security and fewer opportunities for errors in the system."
