Ecommerce Solution Provider UniteU responds to serious online merchant demands

Rochester, NY (October 10, 2007) – UniteU Technologies, Inc., a leading provider of integrated, on-demand ecommerce applications, today announced that they are launching version 4.95 of their Connected Commerce® eStore platform. In addition, UniteU has responded to customer requests by increasing their consulting service offerings. In recent years the ecommerce marketplace has become more crowded and online retailers need more than just a great technology on which to operate their web stores. They must have a structured methodology for developing, implementing and monitoring an ecommerce strategy that increases sales and improves the cost effectiveness of their campaigns and back office operations.

"We are very proud of our many customers who have grown dramatically with us over the past several years. It`s not unusual for our customers to experience 100% to 200% increases in annual ecommerce revenue," reports Rebecca Ramme, UniteU VP of Business Development. "Because of our exclusive focus on ecommerce and the number of success stories we have enabled through our solid team of industry experts, we are uniquely positioned to provide online merchants with competitive advantage through innovative strategic planning combined with robust, industry leading technology. "

This is the second, and final, general software release that UniteU will make in 2007. Some of the new features released this year include multiple price levels, private site controls (typically for wholesale or "member only" sites) improved search, product reviews, rich imaging and media, Google checkout and stored-value gift cards. In addition, UniteU continues to expand on infrastructure improvements including access to the Akamai Dynamic Content delivery system, CISP compliance and an expanded security encryption layer. In the shipping area, USPS rate calculation has been added in addition to UPS and there is a new ship rate estimator.

UniteU is in the process of developing an upgrade schedule that will move all customers to the new 4.95 software version before the holiday shopping season hits. The company is very strict about limiting application changes or feature implementation during the busy season. The focus of the entire support organization will shift to keeping sites running at optimal performance under peak stress levels.
