Zappos.com is most available retail web site in August

Web shoppers in August could access a top 50 retail site with a high broadband connection an average of 99.25% of the time, compared with an average of 98.83% for a low broadband connection and 89.61% for dial-up, says Gomez Inc.

The retailers delivering the best high broadband success rate in August included Zappos.com at 99.76% and Barnes & Nobles’ BN.com at 99.72%.

The web merchant providing the best low broadband availability was VictoriasSecret.com at 99.65%.
