Chad Collins, who was instrumental in bringing direct store delivery technology to HighJump Software, will oversee how the company’s web-enabled supply chain management software serves global market needs in the newly created position of vice president of global strategy.

“Chad brings strong industry and solution knowledge to this new position,” says Joel Levinson, president, HighJump Software. “He’s a perfect leader in our drive to help our clients strengthen and expand their supply chain operations.”

Collins, who joined HighJump in 2002, most recently served as director of product strategy, leading product management for the company’s entire suite of supply chain execution software. Last year, he played a key role in the acquisitions of Pinnacle Distribution Concepts and Global Beverage Group, which brought software for transportation management and direct store delivery into HighJump’s software portfolio.

Prior to joining HighJump, Collins managed supply chain technology projects for global manufacturers at a major consulting firm.

HighJump is a unit of 3M Company.
