OneStopPlus.com adds blog to cement customer loyalty

OneStopPlus.com, the umbrella e-commerce site for Redcats USA’s plus-size apparel brands, has launched a blog focused on providing a forum for plus-size customers to express themselves.

OneStopPlus.com, the umbrella web site for Redcats USA’s plus-size apparel brands, has launched a blog focused on providing a forum for plus-size customers to express themselves and strengthen customer ties to the site.

On the new OneStopPlus.com blog, customers will find the latest news in fashion, get advice on finding the right fit, and receive tips on trends, lifestyle questions, and fashion updates, says Redcats USA, No. 28 in the Internet Retailer Top 500 Guide.

The blog is intended to strengthen customer loyalty to OneStopPlus.com, as well as learn more about the plus-size fashion products sold on the site, the company says. The blog will be interactive and content will be generated by consumers.

“The OneStopPlus.com blog puts the responsibility on our teams to react to customer feedback in a way that says ‘we care and we’re listening,’ and then move ideas forward at record-breaking speed,” says Eric Faintreny, CEO of Redcats USA, which owns and operates OneStopPlus.com.

The plus-size online fashion mall houses the Redcats USA plus-size brands – Woman Within, Roaman’s, Jessica London and KingSize.

To access the blog, customers can link through OneStopPlus.com or go directly to the site via a dedicated URL. Other features include an RSS feed to provide automated updates and alerts to customers, product offers, and moderation from Nancy LeWinter, a former fashion magazine publishing executive, who will guide the topics.

Future plans are for the OneStopPlus.com blog to go beyond fashion and include topics such as family, work and lifestyle.
