Web shoppers in April could access a top 50 retail site with a high broadband connection an average of 99.26% of the time, compared with an average of 97.44% for a low broadband connection and 83.77% for dial-up, says Gomez Inc.
The retailers delivering the best site success rate in April included EddieBauer.com at 99.56%, OrientalTrading.com at 99.56% and Nordstrom.com with an average of 99.22%.
The web merchant providing the best low broadband availability was OfficeDepot.com at 99.35%.
