Givex Announces Online Gift Card Management Suite

April 24th, 2007 (Toronto, Ontario) - Givex, a card management company introduces the Customer WebSuite. The Customer WebSuite is a website that companies can use to enhance their gift card program’s online presence. The site serves as a central place for end users to manage their gift cards and perform a variety of functions. It is also customizable – companies can choose which elements, called modules, they want to install. This modular system also simplifies expansion of the Customer WebSuite when necessary.

Bundling a card registry system for loss protection, card reloads and e-commerce, the Customer WebSuite is well suited for merchants of any size - from smaller single-units without a web presence to larger businesses who want to participate in e-commerce with complete security and at a low cost. All modules appear as seamless extensions of the main website.

"The Customer WebSuite was a logical offering that was developed by listening to our customers and recognizing the need for a single tool that could provide some or all of the features great gift card programs need to stand out," says Patrick Brown, VP Marketing, Givex. "We expect that the Customer WebSuite will be very popular with our clients, and have plans to offer even more modules in the near future."

In addition to the Customer WebSuite, Givex customers have access to real-time transaction processing, 24/7 support, online reporting, program administration, card marketing, card production and more.
