New Customers, Sales and Revenues All Up Significantly In Q4

Boston, February 5, 2007 – OrderMotion, an award-winning provider of an on-demand direct retail platform for multi-channel merchants, today announced that it had a 100% increase in new customers acquired during the fourth quarter of 2006 compared to the same time period in 2005. The company also saw a 45% increase in revenues over the same quarter a year earlier.

“2006 was a banner year for OrderMotion and the Software-as-a-Service industry,” said Donny Askin, CEO, OrderMotion. “The fact that merchants are increasingly showing interest in our platform is just further validation of the tremendous value and flexibility that an on-demand delivery model provides for multi-channel merchants.”

OrderMotion’s new customers come from a wide number of industries, specifically enabling many of them to address niche markets, such as those served by TruckXL.com and BetterthanDiamond.com. Each of these companies will be using the OrderMotion solution for their order management and fulfillment applications, inventory management, payment processing, database management and reports generation.

“We opted for the OrderMotion system because we needed an application that would provide a lot of flexibility and broad capabilities,” said Stuart Compton, founder of TruckXL. “The platform was easy to use and enabled us to manage all orders across our channels without having to bring in additional employees.”

OrderMotion now serves more than 270 companies, representing more than 1,000 retail brands. The company expects to continue its strong growth in 2007 given its robust offering and as interest in on-demand direct retail platforms continues to increase, as predicted by many analysts.
