WebTrends hires a marketing chief from Coca-Cola

WebTrends, provider of web analytics and marketing performance management technology, has hired Tim Kopp as chief marketing officer, reporting directly to CEO Greg Drew.

WebTrends Inc., provider of web analytics and marketing performance management technology, has hired Tim Kopp as chief marketing officer, reporting directly to CEO Greg Drew.

Kopp joins WebTrends from the Coca-Cola Co., where he led the Worldwide Interactive Marketing Organization. In his previous role at Procter and Gamble, he led the Interactive Marketing Organization for the Beauty Care Division, with $17 billion in annual sales.

“The media landscape is changing as consumers continue to spend more time with everything from online video to mobile devices to gaming,” Kopp says. “What’s exciting is that WebTrends is uniquely positioned to capitalize on this massive shift by providing the much-needed hub for marketing in these fragmented media channels.”
