Through the Cardinal AuthBridge™, eCommerce merchants processing with JetPay can quickly and easily accept new payment brands.

January 17, 2007 - Mentor, OH and Dallas, TX - JetPay, LLC, the nation’s 7th largest payments processor and an industry specialist in the Internet and recurring payments space and CardinalCommerce, a leading enabler of payment brands, today announced that the Cardinal AuthBridge™ solution is now integrated with the JetPay™ suite of payment transaction processing solutions. JetPay will become the world’s first merchant payment processor able to offer all of the new major payment brands within its core product bundle.

The available payment brands include Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode, Bill Me Later, PayPal, SECURE-eBill, Western Union, and NACHA (coming soon). Each is proven to reduce transaction costs and eliminate fraud while dramatically improving conversion rates, average order values, and customer satisfaction levels.

“Our relationship with CardinalCommerce has been beneficial for JetPay and its customers across all channels,” said Trent R. Voigt, Chairman of JetPay. “An extension of our online product set via AuthBridge™ demonstrates our commitment to remain dominant as an eCommerce processor and will drive account and volume growth for our client merchants, banks, agents and ISOs.”

The benefits of AuthBridge™ accrue primarily to those merchants with legacy software systems, order management systems or gateways that cannot support the data requirements of the new payment brands. The AuthBridge™ is a proprietary software adaptor that ensures payment data is appropriately processed by “bridging over” existing systems so that merchants aren’t required to alter, modify or change their existing business methods.

“The AuthBridge eliminates infrastructure and development obstacles so that merchants can enjoy the benefits of the brands,” says Michael Keresman, CEO of CardinalCommerce. “This clearly shows JetPay’s commitment to satisfying the needs of eCommerce merchants.”
