HighJump Software gets a new president

HighJump Software, provider of web-enabled supply chain execution and inventory management software, has named former EDS executive Joel Levinson as president.

HighJump Software, a unit of 3M that provides web-enabled supply chain execution and inventory management software, has named former EDS executive Joel Levinson as president.

Levinson, a 20-year veteran of EDS, a technology consulting and services company, most recently served as a director in the EDS Global Accounts Startup organization, where he was responsible for introducing best practices and tools to start-up organizations throughout the world. Prior to Global Accounts Startup, Levinson served as an operations director in the EDS Solutions Consulting division, which focused on supply chain initiatives, and as president of the West and Midwest divisions of EDS E-Solutions, focusing on retail, consumer products and high-tech manufacturing.

Joe Blauert, who has led the company for the past several months as chief operating officer, will remain as COO.
