ProFlowers leads in November conversion rates at 24.5%, study says

ProFlowers.com led online retailers in November with a visitor-to-sales conversion rate of 24.5%, followed by second-ranked LillianVernon.com with 21.2%, Nielsen/NetRatings says in its MegaView Online Retail Report. Ranked third was Blair.com at 20.2%.

Ranked third was Blair.com at 20.2%, followed by Lane Bryant Catalog, 19.2%; LLBean.com, 18.1%; ChristianBook.com, 17.4%; KingSize, 17.4%; QVC, 16.8%; JessicaLondon.com, 15.8%; and Coldwater Creek Inc., 15.6%.

Among product categories, computer hardware led in average order size with $324.44, followed by automotive, $129; consumer electronics, $121.57; event and movie tickets, $106.66; office supplies, $88.98; sporting goods and outdoor activities, $75.91; jewelry and watches, $73.42; computer software, $56.66; home and garden, $55.97; and apparel and accessories, $55.79.
