Susman Named Chief Operating Officer of First National Merchant Solutions

(OMAHA, Neb., Dec. 12, 2006) – First National Merchant Solutions, one of the nation’s leading payment processors, today announced that Vic Susman will join the executive management team as Chief Operating Officer.

In this new position, Susman will focus on increasing the revenue and profitability of First National Merchant Solutions. He will lead and evaluate First National Merchant Solutions to ensure systems, processes and strategies remain consistent within the organization.

Susman brings more than 10 years of financial services experience to First National Merchant Solutions. He has led customer service improvement initiatives, process improvements and new business integration efforts for First Data Corporation, GE Client Business Services and Lloyds TSB in London.

Susman holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, N.Y.
