Laughlin to the company’s Board of Directors. A well respected industry veteran, Laughlin was the CEO of Agentrics LLC and founder and CEO for its predecessor company, GNX (GlobalNetXchange). He has also held executive leadership positions with Sears, Roebuck and Co., Wells Fargo and Company, and Booz Allen & Hamilton.

Laughlin formerly served as CEO of Agentrics, a business-to-business electric marketplace and software and technology solutions provider for the global retail industry. Agentrics was formed as the result of a merger between GlobalNetXchange LLC (GNX), a company founded by Laughlin, and World Wide Retail Exchange LLC. Previously, Laughlin served as senior vice president of corporate finance and business development for Sears, Roebuck and Co. Prior to joining Sears, he was senior vice president for strategy at Wells Fargo Bank. Previously, Laughlin worked for the U.S. Treasury Department. Laughlin has also served on the Board of Directors of Advance Auto Parts, Homelife Furniture Corp., and Sears de Mexico. In addition, he is a past Board member and volunteer for United Way of the Bay Area and Junior Achievement of the Bay Area.
