A new e-mail campaign management system for cell phone retailers integrates with the web-based CellularManager POS and enterprise management software platform from Data Guard Systems Inc., allowing retailers to develop, send, track and analyze personalized e-mail based on customer shopping data, the company says.

“With CellularManager, our clients have the ability to create very specific sets of customers, send them targeted, personalized e-mails, and then track the resulting sales-all in the same software platform,” says president Timothy Maliyil.

The CellularManager system incorporates CRM technology, providing for e-mail list generation and processing of variable sets of data on customer interests. CellularManager is part of a suite of data management, enterprise synchronization tools and paperless document management software.
