E-marketplace Shop.com has appointed two senior executives: David Morrison as chief financial officer and Julie Culver as general counsel and corporate secretary, the company said today.

The two executives follow the June appointment of Ken Goldstein as Shop.com’s CEO. Goldstein is a former executive vide president of Disney Online.

Morrison most recently served as CFO of Heller Ehrman LLP, an international full-service law firm. Prior to Heller Ehrman, he was executive vice president and CFO of Consolidated Freightways Corp. He also served as vice president and treasurer of CNF Inc., where he led the spin-off of the company’s largest subsidiary, Consolidated Freightways. In addition, Morrison has held general management, finance and business development positions at McKesson Corp., CNF and Federal Express/Tiger International.

Culver joins Shop.com after spending the last seven years as a corporate attorney for several technology start-up companies. She is also a former deputy district attorney for Monterey County, CA.
