Redcats USA is retooling and relaunching Chadwicks.com, one of its largest e-commerce sites. The new site features enhanced navigation and site search as well as faster check-out.
“The improved design of this web site will create a more comfortable and enjoyable online shopping experience for loyal customers, as well as capture a new share of the market,” says Chadwick’s executive vice president Christopher Gaigneux.
Chadwicks.com, a women’s apparel site, is the latest brand to move to a new information technology and e-commerce platform that Redcats, No. 25 in the Internet Retailer Top 400 Guide to Retail Web Sites, has been developing and implementing over the past year.

With a fresh look and feel to its web site, Chadwick’s expects to target female Baby Boomers. “Baby Boomers make up a sizable portion of the Chadwick’s customer file, reflecting the increased number of people in this age group moving to the web to make purchases,” Gaigneux says.
