Generation Y marketing and media company Alloy names a Westwood One veteran as its CFO. Jim Johnson Jr. remains COO and president.
Generation Y marketing and media company Alloy has named Gary Yusko, formerly executive vice president of financial operations at Westwood One, as its new chief financial officer. James Johnson Jr. remains Alloy’s COO and president.
“Gary’s financial and operational management experience make him an excellent addition to the company,” says Alloy’s CEO and president Matt Diamond. “We expect that his knowledge in all financial matters will provide Alloy with an improved level of expertise.”
At Westwood One, Yusko managed all corporate finance functions including SEC reporting and investor relations. He served at Westwood One in various corporate finance positions since 1985. Previously, he held positions at PriceWaterhouse, finishing his tenure there as senior audit manager.
