SmartBargains Inc. has appointed Barton Litvin chief merchandising officer. Before joining SmartBargains Litvin served as senior vice president and general merchandise manager of home for Boscov`s Department Store LLC. Prior to Boscov`s, Litvin worked for Filenes in Boston.
