Replacements.com, a retailer of china, crystal and silver, says it has increased by more than 30% year-over-year its sales from paid-search marketing.

Replacements.com, using search marketing management and analytics software from Efficient Frontier, has doubled its number of managed search keywords to 40,000 while increasing its search marketing budget to $1.5 million. “We have been able to expand our search marketing efforts and meet our business goals, while staying in budget,” said Shweta Ponnappa, a manager of Replacements’ online marketing programs.

Replacements uses advanced reporting capabilities in the Efficient Frontier system to get insight into search engine performance, trend data and performance reporting on individual keywords. The retailer compares its search campaign data with sales on other online marketing efforts to get an overall view of marketing performance.
