Ruth Habbe will head marketing at the on-demand e-commerce solutions provider. In her new role, she’ll work to help build the company’s presence among multi-channel retailers.
On-demand e-commerce technology provider Demandware Inc. has named Ruth Habbe as vice president of marketing. In her new role, she will focus on helping to build the company’s presence among multi-channel retailers.
Prior to joining Demandware, Habbe was president of MediaMap Inc., an application service provider of CRM management applications to Fortune 500 companies and to the public relations industry. In that capacity, she saw the company through a turnaround and helped boost company valuation.
“Coming from a company that delivered software as a service, I instantly understood the tremendous value Demandware delivers to its customers,” Habbe says. “I look forward to being part of the company’s continued success and imminent growth.” Previously, Habbe has served as senior vice president of marketing at Mainspring and as vice president of marketing for Forrester Research Inc.
