Fuji Canada creates a web site to link consumers to retailers

Fuji Photo Film Canada has launched a web site that links customers seeking Fuji products to retailers selling them. Fuji is using Channel Intelligence to provide the selling link to online and offline retailers.

Fuji Photo Film Canada Inc. has launched a web site that links customers seeking Fuji products to retailers selling them. While Fuji has had a Canadian web site for some time, it was not commerce-enabled until now. Fuji is using Channel Intelligence Inc. to provide the selling link to online and offline retailers.

Channel Intelligence will provide product information pages in English and French.

Channel Intelligence, a Florida-based commerce data interchange services company, works with more than 100 manufacturers and nearly 400 retailers worldwide to link consumers at manufacturers’ web sites with retail sites. Channel Intelligence’s SellPath service links consumers from the manufacturer’s web site to the specific product pages at retailers where that item is available for immediate purchase. SellPath also reports the in-stock status of specific Fujifilm products at a variety of retail store locations within a consumer’s postal code.

“With constantly updated information about the stock status of our products in different retail locations, our customers may be assured that they can get the products that they want, when they want them from their preferred retailers,” said Kent Hatton, senior director of marketing for Fuji Photo Film Canada.
