Digital River to Provide E-Commerce Support for Turbine

MINNEAPOLIS, July 5, 2005--Digital River, Inc. (NASDAQ: DRIV), a global leader in e-commerce outsourcing, today announced that it is providing e-commerce support for Turbine, Inc., a premier producer, publisher and operator of online games. Based on the agreement, Digital River will focus on e-store management for Turbine.

In addition to providing electronic downloads, Digital River is processing orders, shipping boxed products, managing fraud prevention screening and providing 24 X 7 customer service for Turbine on this consumer site.
