HostedSupport.com is offering at no charge to eBay sellers a customized version of its flagship product, ezSupport Pro.
EzSupport Lite for eBay is designed to automate customer support between eBay buyers and sellers. Integrated with eBay’s “Ask the seller a question,” the system reviews a buyer’s questions against a knowledge base built by the seller and then automatically e-mails a reply.
“Our customers often see an 80% reduction in the e-mails they have to respond to manually,” says Steve Yeich, HostedSuppport.com CEO. “There’s no need to manually respond to the same question over an over again.”
A seller can register for ezSupport Lite at www.hostedsupport.com/ebay through a short question and answer process. The answers will be the foundation of the seller’s knowledgebase.
Ezsupport is an Internet-based service, requiring no special hardware or software, the company says. It is accessible from any computer at any time. “You only need a web browser and Internet connection and you’re ready to go,” Yeich says.
A more advanced version of the product is available for an introductory price of $4.99 per month through Aug. 31, when the price jumps to $9.99 per month.
