Epicor Appoints Vice President of Sales for Asia

Regional Veteran Bryan Tan Joins Epicor from SAP to Drive Sales Operations

IRVINE, Calif., June 6, 2005 - Epicor Software Corporation (NASDAQ: EPIC), a leading provider of integrated enterprise software solutions for the midmarket, today announced that Bryan Tan has been appointed Epicor’s vice president of sales in Asia, effective immediately. Tan is based in Singapore and is responsible for managing and growing the company’s sales across the Asia region.

Tan has over 18 years of experience in the IT industry in Asia, including a background in solution sales management, systems integration and development and channel and alliance partner management for enterprise software solutions at various multinational corporations. Most recently, he was sales director for Singapore at SAP, where he was a key member of the sales team.

Prior to SAP, Tan represented several technology companies in sales and marketing, including companies such as PeopleSoft, Sybase and Software AG, NCR and Singapore Computer Systems.
