Steve Lauder has been named vice president of customer relationships and Chris Servais as vice president of operations for SimonDelivers Inc., a Minneapolis-based online grocer.
Lauder joined SimonDelivers in June 2000 and has been a manager in purchasing of all non-perishable items. In his new role, Lauder will lead the company`s effort on customer engagement, retention and research.
Chris Servais joined SimonDelivers in March 2000 and has been involved in operations and logistics. He will focus on driving operational efficiencies throughout the organization.
SimonDelivers, the 96th largest retail web site according to Internet Retailer`s Top 400 Guide to Reatil Web Sites, serves Minneapolis and St. Paul from a single distribution center.
