DOLLARDAYS APPOINTS TWO RETAIL EXPERTS TO GENERAL MERCHANDISE MANAGER AND DIRECTOR OF SALES

With More Than 50 Years of Combined Retail Experience, Ron Middlebrook and Chuck Cody Will Increase Sales For Leading Internet Wholesaler

PHOENIX- 9 May, 2005 – DollarDays International, a premier Internet-based product wholesaler to small businesses and local distributors, named Chuck Cody as the company’s new Director of Sales, and promoted Ron Middlebrook to Vice President and General Merchandise manager.

With an entire career in retail, Middlebrook previously served as DollarDays’ merchandise manager, responsible for vendor procurement and management of the company’s inventory that includes more than 25,000 items. In his new position, Middlebrook also will manage a staff and assist with marketing efforts.

As the newly appointed Director of Sales, Cody will focus on further increasing sales revenues and securing new markets for DollarDays products and services.

Previously he managed the Hawaiian Islands division of Woolworth creating the most profitable region in the company.

Middlebrook started his retail career as the divisional merchandise manager for The Bon. He was responsible for the Menswear Division in 45 stores.

Before joining DollarDays, Cody was the director of Credit Operations and Customer Service for FACS Group, the financial, administrative and credit arm of Federated Department Stores. Cody directed a staff of 250 associates and 10 managers engaged in call center operations servicing the various FACS products. This department handled more than nine million calls per year.

Prior to FACS, Cody was Group Manager Macy’s Control Services and previously the Manager of the Riverside, Calif., Sears Roebuck where he achieved the highest store profit three years in a row.
