Did-it.com names interactive marketing veteran as new CEO

Bill Wise, formerly of Ask Jeeves and DoubleClick, becomes the search engine marketing firm’s new chief executive. Co-founder and CEO Kevin Lee moves to a role as executive chairman.

Search engine marketing company Did-it.com has named Bill Wise, most recently COO for Ask Jeeves division MaxOnline, as its new CEO, the company has announced. Did-it.com co-founder and CEO Kevin Lee will become executive chairman.

“With our lead solidifying within the SEM community, we needed to build out a top notch team that can take us to the next level,” Lee says.

Wise, who also held a previous position with online ad technology and services provider DoubleClick Inc., will work with Lee to facilitate continued growth at Dit-it.com from a technology, operations and strategic perspective. Did-it.com also recently named Kevin Ryan as executive vice president of client services.
