New Flexible Pricing Packages for CWDirect and OrderMotion Help Meet Customers’ Unique Business Needs

NATICK, Mass. – February 1, 2005 – CommercialWare Inc., a leading provider of cross-channel retail management software, today announced the availability of new flexible pricing packages available to retailers and direct marketers looking to implement or improve their cross-channel retail operations. Among the expanded set of offerings are subscription-based and transaction-based pricing options for CommercialWare’s flagship order management and fulfillment solution, CWDirect, as well as new entry level packages for its on demand solution, OrderMotion.

CWDirect allows retailers and direct marketers to interact with, transact with, and support their customers in a consistent manner across all points-of-touch. By providing a centralized view of inventory and customer activity across all channels, retailers can optimize their service levels and operational efficiencies. In addition, OrderMotion`s Web-native platform built with .net technology, enables direct marketers to process orders from any channel, manage marketing campaigns and customer lists, and streamline the operations of their businesses without any investment or expenses in staff, software or infrastructure.

Now retailers can chose from several new packages, making it easier than ever to take advantage of CommecialWare’s solutions. These packages include:
- Traditional perpetual licenses, where the retailer purchases the solutions up front and only once;
- Subscription-based packages, which offer the solutions for a fixed monthly fee;
- Transaction-based offerings, where a small upfront investment is made and then a pay-as-you-go, per transaction fee thereafter; and,
- A start-up version, where entrepreneurs can launch a Web business for less than $300 per month.

“CommercialWare now offers a range of options to suit more retailers’ unique needs, making it easier than ever to do business with us,” said Donny Askin, founder and CEO of CommercialWare. “We have the functionality, modules, and delivery flexibility to meet any retailer’s implementation timetables, the domain expertise to make the transition as smooth as possible, and the flexibility to help make it all happen. Throughout our history, we have prided ourselves on understanding our customers’ and prospective customers’ needs and delivering solutions to fit those needs. This is another example of this proud history.”
