CommercialWare Inc., a provider of cross-channel commerce infrastructure technology for retailers, has signed 25 new customers for its OrderMotion, CWDirect or CW Store systems in the last quarter, the company reports.

CommercialWare`s technology allows retailers and direct marketers of all sizes to manage transactions and inventory from all customer touch points, including catalogue, call center, Internet and retail stores, including through point-of-sale, back-office, order management, fulfillment, customer service, collaboration and analytics applications.

"Increasingly, today`s consumers expect a seamless experience across online, catalog, call center and in-store shopping experiences. They simply want to shop and transact by `zig zagging` across channels," says Donny Askin, founder and CEO of CommercialWare. "Achieving a ubiquitously positive, and exact, customer service experience across multiple channels requires real-time inventory and tracking systems, comprehensive customer histories for accurate and individualized information, and integrated IT solutions that ensure billing accuracy, timely restocking and instantaneous views of overall sales information and trends."

CommercialWare’s new customers include: • Sundance Spas, a California-based manufacturer of hot tubs and spas;
• Tiger GPS, an online retailer of GPS equipment;
• Zebra Hall, a San Francisco-based online retailer offering educational, old world, and imported toys;
• Niche Commerce, a specialty retailer with 30+ online stores including such brands as hammocks.com, dartboards.com, beanbags.com, and justglobes.com;
• Perani`s Hockey World, with 15 retail outlets and a web site supplied by inventory in a 100,000-square-foot warehouse.

Others are Gear Guys, Pacific Mats, Peppermint.com, Phion Nutrition, Prime Domain International, Provanta, Salubrix, and A Taste of the South.

CommercialWare’s existing customers include such well-known brands as Abercrombie and Fitch, Party Land, Chico`s, J.Jill, Ritz Camera, Jos. A. Bank, and Patagonia.
