BENOW NAMES MCMULLEN SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT

WAKEFIELD, MA - August 18, 2004 - BeNOW, the strategic database marketing services provider, today announced the appointment of Ned McMullen to senior vice president of sales.

McMullen will lead sales efforts for BeNOW`s Multi-Channel Retail segment, drawing on an extensive background working with many industry leaders to develop and implement strategic CRM programs for significant sales and margin improvements.

Prior to joining BeNOW, McMullen was vice president of business development for loyalty marketing provider S&H; GreenPoints, specializing in providing database hosting and customer loyalty solutions for consumer retailers.

He was formerly a vice president of sales for AT&T; and was also a division manager responsible for AT&T;`s partnership marketing and consumer CRM programs.

McMullen is a graduate of Colgate University and holds an MBA from Columbia University.
