San Francisco, Calif. -- October 29, 2003 -Atomz, the leading provider of enterprise Web site management software delivered as an online service, today reported its sixth consecutive quarter of record revenues for the period ending September 30, 2003.

Third quarter revenues increased 36% over the same quarter in 2002, with more than 40 companies selecting Atomz’s products to enhance their Web sites. In September, the company celebrated its fifth year in business, with more than 1,400 corporate customers worldwide and a growing suite of software offerings. Its first product, Atomz Search, continues to set new records in search activity, with more than 60 million site searches conducted in September alone.

With millions of consumers expected to shop online this holiday season, Atomz has experienced an increased level of interest in its products and services from e-commerce customers in recent months. Significant new customers this quarter include abc distributing, LLC, a leading gift catalog distributor with one of the fastest growing retail sites on the Web, and Aubuchon Hardware, which runs a chain of 140 neighborhood hardware stores in the North East and a popular Web site that features more than 40,000 products. In addition, Atomz’s Professional Services Group has been working closely with a number of e-commerce companies to customize and configure their applications for maximum usability. Pacific Sunwear is just one example of a customer that has leveraged Atomz’s services to renovate its internal site search functionality and improve the overall shopping experience for visitors at www.pacsun.com .

“Our model of software delivery continues to thrive, with more customers than ever turning to Atomz to be their partner in driving the effectiveness and value of their Web sites,” said Steve Kusmer, chief executive officer at Atomz. “This time of year is especially important to e-commerce customers that rely on their Web sites to convert browsers into buyers.
