TERESPONDO TO PROVIDE TERESPONDO’S PERFORMACE-BASED SEARCH LISTINGS to MSN ACROSS LATIN AMERICA

For the first time, TeRespondo’s clients will appear in MSN’s search results pages across Latin America

MIAMI, FL, (August 15, 2003) – TeRespondo, (www.terespondo.com), a leading provider of performance-based marketing solutions, has signed an agreement to provide its paid placement search results to MSN and T1MSN in Latin America.. Through this new agreement TeRespondo solidifies its position as the regional leader of search engine marketing in Latin America.

As part of the agreement, MSN will display up to three sponsored search results from TeRespondo’s growing customer base of 3,000 advertisers. TeRespondo’s advertisers bid on a cost-per-click basis, with the top bids appearing on the relevant MSN search result pages. Advertisers pay only for users that visit their web site, making pay-for-placement the most cost-effective Internet marketing method, according to Jupiter Media & Harris Interactive.

MSN will distribute TeRespondo’s paid placement search results across its Latin American properties including: T1MSN in Mexico (www.t1msn.com), MSN Brazil (www.msn.com.br), and other Latin American countries through YupiMSN (www.yupimsn.com).
