RedEnvelope gets a new head of marketing

RedEnvelope has named Pamela Knox senior vice president of marketing.

 

San Francisco-based RedEnvelope Inc. has named Pamela Knox senior vice president of marketing. She most recently was senior vice president of marketing at 1-800-Flowers, where she was responsible for brand development, marketing, advertising and public relations.

At RedEnvelope, Knox will direct all marketing efforts, which include online and offline, as well as managing public relations, corporate sales and business development, customer service, and the web store.

Before joining 1-800-Flowers in 2000, Knox held executive and strategic marketing positions over 17 years at Citibank, Ameritech and American Express.
