Business process outsourcer now offers customer centered, comprehensive direct marketing functionality

After a comprehensive review of the available multi-channel solutions for the direct marketing marketplace, PFSweb selected Ecometry to join a number of other tier-one enterprise solutions providers, including IBM, JD Edwards, Cisco, Avaya and Microsoft, who collectively support the PFSweb infrastructure and allow them to lead the evolution in business process outsourcing.
