Deborah Longo Joins Marketing Concepts as VP Client Services

SPICER, MN -- (February 17, 2003) -- Deborah Longo has joined Marketing Concepts, Inc., a national direct-commerce software and service provider, as vice president of Client Services effective February 10. She will be responsible for the management of client service areas including training, professional services, operational consulting and related areas.

Her experience includes almost ten years with BSA, Inc, a division of Acxiom, responsible for Client Services and Installations. Located then in Ocean, New Jersey, Debbie later helped relocate the company to Little Rock, Arkansas under the name MorTech. In 1997, she joined the Ecometry Corporation as Vice President of Client Services managing such areas as Installations, Installations Support, Tech and Customer Support as well as Quality Assurance. Before joining Marketing Concepts, in 2000, Longo had her own business, ESP of Palm Beach, Inc., to provide operational and technical consulting to direct marketing companies.

Marketing Concepts (www.marketingconcepts.com) is a direct commerce software and service provider headquartered in Spicer, MN. Marketing Concepts` marquee software products for multi-channel marketers include Ability Financials using Great Plains and Ability Data Direct, a data warehouse and reporting product. Services provided by the company include full service Contact Center, website design and development, custom programming and professional services.
