ShopNBC names new head of sales for web and TV

Liz Byerly Haesler has been named head of TV and Internet sales of ValueVision Media.

Liz Byerly Haesler has been named executive vice president of TV and Internet sales of ValueVision Media, which owns and operates ShopNBC and ShopNBC.com. Haesler joins ShopNBC from Target Corp.’s Marshall Field’s division, where she has been senior vice president of merchandising.

Her responsibilities will include merchandising across ShopNBC and ShopNBC.com as well as marketing and production.

At Marshall Field`s, Haesler was responsible for overall sales and profitability of the women`s apparel and intimate business. She also performed management oversight responsibilities and direction for the women`s and intimate apparel groups across Target Corp. and Target’s Mervyn`s division. Previously, she was in management at Kaufmann`s, a division of May Department Stores.
