LowesFoods.com will implement the Endless Aisle

Lowes Foods, with 102 grocery stores in the Southeast, will deploy NeXpansion’s Endless Aisle to offer hard-to-find regional, ethnic and specialty foods at LowesFoods.com.

Lowes Foods, operator of 102 grocery stores in North Carolina and Virginia, will deploy NeXpansion’s Endless Aisle technology to expand its product selection at LowesFoods.com. The NexPansion programs offers customers hard-to-find regional, ethnic and specialty foods through Endless Selection, Lowes Foods` custom-branded application of the Endless Aisle technology.

Lowes Foods will continue to offer customers the opportunity to buy Lowes` full line of products through the LowesFoods.com site and pick up their orders at local Lowes stores.

In addition to Endless Selection, Lowes Foods also will use NeXpansion’s proprietary Call Center Application that will allow shoppers to place hard-to-find orders and special requests over the telephone. NeXpansion will fulfill the order and ship it directly to the customer`s home. If a Lowes Foods customer is unable to find a specific product through the Endless Selection service, NeXpansion will work to find the item for the customer and provide a response within 10 business days.

NeXpansion is a provider of turnkey technology and fulfillment solutions for manufacturers and retailers and the founding company of Netgrocer.com.
