MAKER OF CRAYOLA PRODUCTS DRAWS ON MEDIABIN FOR BRAND ASSET MANAGEMENT

ATLANTA, April 12, 2002 - MediaBin Inc. today announced that Binney & Smith, maker of Crayola® crayons, Silly Putty® and other children`s art products, will use MediaBin brand asset management software to manage and distribute its marketing materials.

Binney & Smith selected MediaBin after an extensive evaluation of competing digital asset management products. The company will use the MediaBin solution to provide self-service web delivery of assets to employees and partners. In addition, Binney & Smith will use the MediaBin Deployment Agent to syndicate content for its eBusiness initiatives, including collaboration with its retail and distribution partners.
