Lands’ End creates a CIO post

Frank Giannantonio has been named senior vice president and chief information officer at Dodgeville, WI-based Lands` End Inc. He had been vice president, direct marketing systems, for The Limited Inc. The Lands’ End position is a new position.

Before the Limited, he was director, corporate management information systems at Avon Products, Inc. vice president, information systems, for Time Warner Inc.`s Book of the Month Club Inc., and chief information officer of Victoria`s Secret Direct, a subsidiary of The Limited.

"In order to grow our business and achieve goals within our strategic plan, technology support and innovation are essential,” said COO Jeffrey Jones.
