BizRate goes offline to provide satisfaction monitoring to Office Depot

BizRate will provide nationwide in-store customer satisfaction monitoring for the 850-store Office Depot and run Office Depot`s online customer satisfaction performance tracking.

Los Angeles-based BizRate.com, known for its online customers feedback from retailing sites as well as for its comparison shopping site on the web, is branching into the offline world. BizRate said today it will provide nationwide in-store customer satisfaction monitoring for the 850-store, office-products chain Office Depot. BizRate also will run Office Depot`s online customer satisfaction performance tracking.

BizRate will provide satisfaction measures including: overall shopping experience; ease and speed of checkout; ease of finding products; and product selection and delivery, and will be incorporated into Office Depot`s Executive Information System.

Customers who wish to participate are invited to log onto a co-branded site to take a brief survey and automatically register for a chance to win prizes from Office Depot.

BizRate provides customer satisfaction measures for 2,000 online merchants.
